Getting Started

Set up Audio Flashcards in a few minutes and start your first review session.

Install the app

• Android: Get it on Google Play.
• iOS: Get it on the App Store.

First-time setup

1. Allow microphone access if you plan to record cards.
2. Choose where to store your cards (on-device or iCloud on iOS).
3. Pick a text-to-speech source and voice in Settings > Text-To-Speech.
4. Create your first folder and add a few cards.

Start your first session

1. Open the folder you created.
2. Tap Review.
3. Listen to the prompt, answer out loud, and mark how you did.

Optional setup

• Turn on Autoplay or Voice Commands (beta) in Settings > Review Session Preferences for hands-free study.
• Set a speech recognition language if you want to index audio for search.
