Not everything is in Settings. Behaviour that differs from one session or folder to the next is saved with that session or folder — see Settings that live elsewhere.
Speech

Review

| Highlight Spoken Words | Highlight words as they are spoken during review, and tap a word to hear the audio from that point. Off shows plain text. More |
| Allow Rating Before Revealing the Answer | Show the rating buttons on the question side, so you can grade a card you already know without playing its answer. |
| Haptics | Vibrate when a card is graded or a voice command lands. |
| Keep Screen on During Review | Stop the screen sleeping while a review session is open. |
Library & Storage

| Manage Storage | See and clear space used by deleted libraries, iCloud downloads, and the temporary cache. More |
| iCloud (Apple) | Enable iCloud Storage — use the library in iCloud Drive (on) or the separate library on this device (off); it does not move cards between them. Automatically Download Items — download iCloud files to this device in the background, on by default. iCloud Status — account availability, sync activity, transfer errors, and conflict resolution. | Backup & Restore | Backup saves your whole library as an encrypted .backup file. Restore From Backup replaces the current library with a backup. More |
| Library Check | Look for missing recordings and stale side references. Let your devices finish syncing before you repair anything it finds. |
